These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the www.templify.ro website and the purchase of digital products provided by FANTASTICCORPORATION.SRL, in accordance with Romanian law and European Union regulations.

2. Product description
Templify.ro sells digital products in the form of graphic templates for photo booths, available in formats such as Photoshop, Canva and DSLR Booth.
Products are delivered exclusively digitally and do not involve physical transportation.
3. Delivery method
Products are available for immediate download after payment confirmation. The download is possible via the user account, which is required for checkout. Each customer benefits from unlimited downloads directly from their account.
4. Payment methods
Payment for products is made online, securely, through Stripe processor. The following methods are accepted:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
- Other methods available through Stripe
5. Usage rights
By purchasing a product on Templify.ro, the customer obtains a non-exclusive license to use the product for any personal or commercial purpose of his own.
It is strictly forbidden:
- Reselling the products, in whole or in part
- Redistribution through any means or third party platforms
All copyrights on the content belong to FANTASTICCORPORATION.SRL.
6. Refund policy
According to Regulation (EU) 2019/770, digital products are exempted from the right of withdrawal if the delivery has commenced with the express consent of the consumer.
By placing an order, the customer:
- Expressly accepts the waiver of the right of withdrawal
- Understands that he/she cannot request a refund once the file has been downloaded
This is necessary to prevent fraudulent use of digital products.
7. Creating and using the
account In order to place an order, the customer must create a user account on the Templify.ro website. From the account, the customer will have access to:
- The digital files purchased
- Order history
The customer is responsible for keeping the access data confidential.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law and European Union regulations. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
9. Acceptance of terms
By using the website and placing an order, the customer confirms that:
